• My heart sank as my throat jumped inside my stomach within a twinkle of an eye. I had my eyes popped out of their socket, he gritted his teeth in anger not paying attention to my sudden behavior. His full scrutiny was focused on his mother, his facial expression doesn't even seem to flitter her, she still has her no-nonsense look on.
• "He is the king," I didn't care about the bickering going on between Ryan and his mother, I pondered on the issue that still has me restless. The idea of Ryan being the king fears me and getting close to him is one scary thing because it will surely lead to my doom. He is not good for me and I know that whatever I feel for him is lust and nothing serious. His mother was right, I am nothing and don't exist and that's how I want my stay here to be like.
