Chapter 44 Open The Door

• Isabella felt her legs shaking as she groggily dragged herself to the front door of her house. She had just arrived after traipsing for approximately thirty minutes. She opened her bag and began fumbling through it for her phone till she found it. She brought out her phone and dialed her mom's number. The phone rang for a few seconds before the caller responded.
• "Please open the door, mom," Isabella said, and she hung up immediately.
• A few minutes later, the door was unlocked from the inside and opened.
