• The mountain loomed above them, its peak obscured by swirling mist. The path leading up was narrow and treacherous, lined with jagged rocks and loose gravel. The air grew colder with each step, and a heavy silence settled over the group as they began their ascent.
• Lyara led the way, her steps sure and deliberate. “Watch your footing,” she called over her shoulder. “One wrong move and you’ll tumble straight into the abyss.”
