Chapter 55

• The heavy tension in the room was palpable as everyone's eyes were glued to Hannah as they awaited her response. Hannah felt a lump in her throat as she was speechless and as well agitated as to the proper reply to give. Though she was determined to deliver the cure to Tony by all means possible, she was also uneasy about what the outcome would be if she failed to get the cure from Henry. Her heart raced with numerous thoughts as she stared at the six pairs of eyes that searched her very soul.
• "Hannah!," Tony called with urgency immediately he noticed she had yet to answer him. "I....," Hannah stuttered and at that very instant Tony's phone rang, stopping her from answering further.
• "Hello Doctor," Tony answered with anticipation, his heart racing. "Is my mother alright," He asked further, his heart pounding with uncertainty and unsureness.
