- The next few weeks felt like a dream—one I didn’t want to wake up from. Andre and I had fallen into an easy rhythm, spending more and more time together. It started with small things: walking to class side by side, watching his football practice, stealing moments in between lectures, and late-night text where neither of us wanted to end too soon.
- At first, I told myself it was just friendship. That what I felt whenever he smiled at me, or when he called me "Princess" in that teasing, affectionate tone, was nothing more than a crush. But deep down, I knew.
