Chapter 84 It Was As If They Were Greeting Him

• After the meeting Victoria walked to the Marketing department with Sam and Jonathan, they were excited. They told the staff that their project was approved by the board. Victoria was grinning from ear to ear and said, “the CEO was so impressed, as a reward he gave us two days’ time off, I will give you until Monday to decide when do you want to take your time off.” The Marketing staff was so excited, Sam raised up his hand and asked, “Miss Victoria, what if we want to take our time off on Valentine’s Day?” Victoria replied smiling, “should you want to take your time off on Valentine’s Day you can go ahead.” The Marketing staff was very excited, the ladies indicated that they would want to take their time off on Valentine’s Day. Then they left the Marketing department and return to their respective offices. Victoria checked the match score, Rafa won the match by 6-3, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3, she was over the moon.
• “Brother, would you be so kind to drop me at the Anthony Group, Dad invited me to attend the meeting,” said Victoria smiling at Jonathan.  He smiled back at his sister-in-law then they left the office. “Sister-in-law, you did well in the board meeting, you were so impressive. I was so happy that it wasn’t me who was answering their questions, they had touch questions. The young board members were mesmerized by your beauty, I don’t think they heard anything you said.”  Victoria laughed out loud, “thank you brother, when I was young my parents used to take me to the board meeting just to observe. I know each board member’s personality; I pray before I walk to the meeting for strength and guidance. I will ask Dad to invite you to all board meeting just to observe. Enough about me, when are you going to introduce your girlfriend?” Jonathan didn’t know how to respond because he fell in love with his sister-in-law, “I don’t have a girlfriend sister-in-law, the one I fell in love with is already taken. I don’t see myself falling in love again because she stole my heart.” Victoria was shocked to hear his words and said, “I’m sorry brother to hear that, maybe she wasn’t your soulmate. I will pray for you to fall in love again.” Jonathan smiled at her and replied, “thank you sister-in-law much appreciated. Rafa played very well, he was consistent and focus. I hope Tsitsipas wins against Medvedev since Medvedev is currently playing very well. He will give our Rafa hard time.” Medvedev was brilliant, he had beaten Djokovic to win the USA open Grand Slam. Victoria nodded her head and replied, “I’m praying for Medvedev to win since it’s a final, I believe it would be an epic Final.”
• Jonathan dropped her off at the entrance of the company, Victoria thanked him and told him not to go back to the company. They bade each other goodbye then Jonathan left. Victoria approached the receptionist smiling, “my name is Victoria, I’m looking for Chairman Anthony.” The receptionist called young Mr Anthony, “Sir, Miss Victoria is looking for the Chairman.” Mark thanked the receptionist and headed down to the reception area to fetch his wife. Victoria’s eyes lit up when she saw her husband, Mark walked to her, he held her in his arms and kissed her. They walked to the office hand in hand, they were a breathtaking couple. The staff looked at them with envy, “wow his wife is very beautiful, is she is model?” The other staff member replied, “I don’t think so, I haven’t seen her in any magazine. Did you see the smile from her husband, it was mesmerizing. Her husband is very handsome, if he wasn’t married I would have confessed my love to him.” They laughed at her, young Mr Anthony wasn’t approachable.
