Chapter 8 The Devilish Boss

• “Oh my, can this d*mn metal go any faster? I'm already late.”
• Angel grumbled all the way to her office. The journey between the office and the apartment was quite far, about eighteen minutes without traffic jams. If she encountered traffic, she could spend about twenty minutes driving to her office.
• Angel wanted to move to an apartment close to her office, but she didn't have the money to pay the rent for a studio apartment near her office. Xander built his hotel right in the center of New York City, where property prices were skyrocketing. Almost all of his employees have to rent apartments quite far from the hotel if they want to live according to New York City standards.
