- Blood splatters out of the guy’s mouth as I land my fist across his face. He has piercings on his eyebrow and his bottom lip. The snakebite on his lip tears his skin open and that’s gotta hurt. He takes the hit pretty well though, only letting out a low grunt though the pain must be excruciating.
