Chapter 70 Grief

• It’s been too long. It’s been too damn long. I followed Adeline here to Adrian’s house like I promised I would. She was supposed to get in and out. That was the plan. She was just supposed to get in there, get her documents and come straight out. But she’s been in there for so long I’m starting to get worried.
• I decide to sneak into the mansion because I can’t take it anymore. If anything happens to her because of me I’m going to lose my freaking mind. I know I’m going to have to take care of so many guards but right now you could throw an army at me and I’d kill every last soldier. Anything to get to Adeline and make sure she’s okay. I would do anything for her even if that means getting into the Lion’s den and risking everything.
