• ADELINE’S POV
• “I’m so sorry Adeline. Liam told me what happened. Are you okay?” Naomi asks as soon as she walks into my house. I place a smile on my face and rub her shoulders. I’m tired of people thinking I’m some heartbroken and fragile little thing but I guess this is the price I pay for lying to everyone.
• It’s Sunday and I was supposed to go to church with Adrian, which comes as a huge surprise to me because I didn’t think someone loke him would even bother believing in God since he’s a vile human being but apparently, he’s catholic and he occasionally goes to church.
