• “Don’t pretend like you care about me, you asshole! You say I’ll make a great mum but you’re going to take my baby away after they’re born!” She screams at me with tears in her eyes.
• I want nothing more than to gather her in my arms and reassure her over and over again that I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't separate her from our baby and I wouldn't send her away. I want nothing more than the three of us to be a family— Jaselyn, I and our baby— but I relented.
