- I opened my eyes softly and was instantly met with a pair of cerulean orbs. Zane was lying on his side next to him, his head resting on his hand as he watched over me like a mother hen.
- In this position, the light of the sun washed over him from the open window and the way his eyes reflected in the light was enthralling, casting an almost otherworldly glow. I found myself lost in those orbs.
