Chapter 23 The Blessed Prayer Beads

• Upon seeing Blanche, Zinnia said nonchalantly, “I came to wish Grandma a happy birthday. Of course I brought a gift.”
• After speaking, she approached the table with Torin, each carrying a gift box. “Grandma, happy birthday. I wish you eternal youth and everlasting happiness.”
• She opened the gift box to find a string of ebony prayer beads inside. Ebony wasn't particularly expensive, and prayer beads made from it would typically only cost a few thousand.
