• Jax led me to a grand building that I didn't know what it was. I didn't know much and never went with Damon wherever he went—rarely, if I may say so. And when I heard Jax's answer that it was Damon's office, I wanted to run away.
• This thing isn't how I imagined Jax's words to sound. Teaching a lesson, I thought, by deflating the tires of Damon's car and Tatiana's that were now parked next to each other. However, he didn't. He continued to walk past the two cars that were lined up intimately in the spot. As I approached, it was clear that Tatiana's car was covered in dust.
