- For some reason, whenever he told me not to worry, I always found myself worrying about him. At least it seemed like he was just coming home late to avoid me because of our argument from last time. I wanted to ask him more about his work or what was going on in his life but decided to hold my tongue.
- “It's all done now. Your hair is dry now,” I announced while feeling a little proud of myself before putting the hair dryer to the side.
