Chapter 29 I Can't Help It, I Need You 2

• I don’t care if they think I’m a whore, but I’m not going to sit back and let my family go bankrupt because of a stupid rumor. I’ll be damned if I let Loretta and Riley stop me from saving our family’s business. I kept my end of the bargain and married an Osborne. Now, I’m supposed to have full access to their resources in the company and our ships can safely operate from their docks. I need to keep my head in the game, and I need to make sure that we pay off our debts before the banks kick us out of our house and take the last ship we have.
• Carrie and I have not had a chance to discuss about the issues at the docks that Tracy spoke about. It seems pretty serious, even Drake knows about it and he thinks we need to be extremely careful. He thinks the attack on the docks is directed at us, but I think it's just a random attack. Until I’m able to prove that that attack was directed at us, I will go on with my life and conduct my business as usual.
