• I only nodded and took deep breaths.
• "Alright Evelyn, I want you to take in short deep breaths and when I ask you to push, you push as hard as you can." The doctor ordered and I nodded.
• "OK. One, two, three……. Push!" The doctor instructed and I pushed with all my might, the pain causing me to dig my nails into Kayden's hand as my head rose from the pillow. The pain was indescribable and I wanted to scream my head off but then again, I didn't have that luxury so I could only open my mouth wide.
