• The forest seemed to close in around Dan and Danny as they left the temple, the glow of the crystal illuminating their path. The weight of the final component in Dan’s hands was both comforting and daunting. They had come so far, yet the hardest part was still ahead.
• “We need to head deeper into the forest,” Dan said, studying the map provided by the guardians. “The grotto should be somewhere beyond the old willow grove.”
