Chapter 9

• ~Grabiella's POV~
• I received a call from Grandma Felicia requesting that I drop Xander at Hills Group International. I traveled promptly to the firm and waited in the reception area but was summoned for an urgent photo shoot. I contacted Grandma Felicia to inform her that we were scheduled for a mandatory photo session and that I had arrived but had seen no one, but the pretty receptionist. After approximately three minutes, a man walked down, and Xander seemed to recognize him, telling me Grandma Felicia had sent him to pick up Xander. I sped away, leaving Xander in the care of the gentleman.
