• I strode angrily into the male restroom, my steps filled with frustration. Turning on the sink tap, I splashed my face with the rushing water, staring intensely at my reflection in the mirror. My heart raced, fueled by anger that refused to dissipate. I desperately tried to calm myself down, but a torrent of thoughts continued to flash through my mind, each one intensifying my inner turmoil.
• "I don't need anyone!" I shouted, directing my words at my own reflection. Just then, the door swung open, and someone entered the restroom.
• To my surprise, it was Emeka accompanied by his friends, Wale and Paul. Wanting to avoid any trouble, I quickly made my way toward the exit. However, my path was abruptly blocked by Wale and Paul, standing firmly in my way. Would this be a continuation of what happened the other day? I wondered, a sense of apprehension settling within me.
