Chapter 13

• She wiped her face, dried her tears, and broke away from Wyatt' embrace. Suddenly, she was hyper aware of his presence and her face was flushed from the thought of their intimate behavior this morning. She needed to control herself around him, but why was it getting so hard?
• "Aren't you working today?" she asked. Wyatt' eyes widened and he quickly got out of bed. He too seemed embarrassed about being so close to her.
• "Right. I'll be leaving soon."
