• “Mrs Berry Mathews is not here,” The doctor said, closing the file and Jake’s face dropped. All the excitement of meeting his mother died in an instant.
• “Where is she? I mean, when she got discharged?” He asked, and the Doctor looked on the laptop screen to search her records.
• “Mr Leo Knight signed her discharge papers. The case is closed seven years back. Apparently, there was no improvement in her health after months of treatment. Maybe Mr Knight admitted her in some other asylum!” The doctor replied, and Jake nodded, rising to his feet.
