Chapter 9 Issue

• WE ENTERED the elevator, and because it was crowded, I could not help but cling to Calix. I frowned as I looked up at the light above as if it was a tortoise, too slow when moving a number. Calix almost hugged me because the people next to me were all men.
• I do not know if I will breathe or shut up due to extreme nervousness. I also heard his heavy exhalation as he bent over me.
• When the elevator finally opened, I was able to breathe correctly. We went straight to the office, and we were immediately welcomed.
