• “You don’t think this dress is a little too much, do you?” I asked, staring at my reflection in the mirror of the boutique. Madison and Fiona were seated, Madison with her notebook taking notes on everything and Fiona nose-deep in her phone.
• It’s been a couple of days since the hockey game and since I accepted that job with the Capitol team. They told me I could start as soon as next week, so I was planning on going in to see my new office on Monday. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t excited about this opportunity.
