Chapter 84 The Sinner That I Am

  • ANDREA
  • I was a damn sinner and I felt like one. Like a deflated balloon, my strong will, hope and confidence had vanished. Nothing could have prepared for the moment when those who had treated me like family discovered my ugly secret. I was convinced that I was a failure. I was the one who had chosen the pack over the shadow assassins but I'd failed to tell them the truth. Everytime Jared visited, all I did was apologise because I felt sorry for the trouble I'd caused. I was used to being the worthless trash who was continually locked up in a dark cell. It reminded me of my days in Black Shadow pack. It brought back nightmares as well.
  • My stomach grumbled for the umpteenth time and I sighed, allowing my swollen eyes to flutter shut. My head was pounding and I was exhausted. I refused to look up at the sound of the door being opened. I could tell that my visitor was Jared. His peppermint scent was a dead giveaway.
