• Seven werewolf pack leaders were standing in the meeting room, two corpses lying on a table which was located at the centre of room. The putrid smell emanating from the corpses was discomforting, to say the least. Two days after I'd informed the werewolf council about the strange corpses, a meeting was arranged.
• We all stood in silence, our gazes resting on the decaying corpses on the table. Alpha Baron was the first to break the silence.
