• The first few days went by with Roman trying to impress me but the rest of the week was hell. He got tired of his own facade and began to show me how much of a beast he had become.
• He would come back drunk and hit me at any slight provocation. A normal person would have taken that as a warning to back out but I didn't. I couldn't give him the satisfaction that I was affected by his actions. I kept throwing insults his way until he got tired of my bleeding form.
