• Eunice’s smile dropped slowly. “Why do you ask?”
• Weird as it might have sounded, Andrea knew getting to the bottom of some things was the way to survive. If she would have to stay in this household for a couple more weeks or months, she might as well take advantage of some things, like secrets of people or some sort.
• “Nothing. I’m just curious. There’s a donation drive Maggie and I will be attending this weekend. I’ve talked to Mom and Dad about it but they don’t want me to go,” Andrea let out a long disappointed sigh.
