• I stood rooted in the spot and for a moment, fear gripped my chest tight. Why was he here again? It's not even up to two days yet. I lifted my eyes to look at him and he just stood there, saying nothing. For a moment we just engaged in a staring contest, those icy blue eyes boring into me and causing more shivers in my bone. After some time, I managed to move my legs to find out what it was he wanted.
• Every step I took closer to him made me want to turn back and just run away, but I knew I wouldn't run far before I would be caught.
