Chapter 26 Walking Out

• When I felt the connection to Nero I was ecstatic, I had finally found the male that would make us happy. I am not saying that we weren’t happy, but with our Mate in our live it would be even better and with Nero being the future Gamma of our combined Pack it meant we would get to spend a lot of time together. Nero being our Stepbrother complicated things a tiny bit, but I knew I would never give him up if our connection turned into a Mate-bond.
• I missed him like crazy while he went back to Autumn Pack to pack up his belongings and to hand over his workload to Nikolay. What I hadn’t counted on was to feel a connection to all four Brothers, at first I thought it might be the forming of a sibling bond and a part of me felt disappointed. That was until I felt Nathan and Noah’s arms wrapped around us, it showed me that this was the start of a true Mate-bond and I left me confused, it left me torn between wanting a Mate-bond and doing what was expected of us.
