Chapter 18 What Are Sisters For?

• Spending the night with Reina was one of the most magical moments of Layla’s life. She was good, and t was understandable why Jay advised her to seize whichever opportunity she got. The day had broken, and they were in her car, being driven to Layla’s place. When they finally arrived at her apartment, she turned and smiled at Reina.
• Reina held out her hand to cup the side of her face, maybe it was a spell, but there was something about Layla that she couldn't resist. Maybe it was because she reminded her of her past or promised her a better future with just her presence.
• “Thank you so much for dropping me off.” she was still nervous, not being able to look into her eyes. Reina managed a soft smile and urged her to go, she opened the door slowly and when she was out, she watched the wheels of the Benz roll away and the car slowly disappear into the distance.
