• All she wanted to do now was to drink until she passed out. She could not believe it. Adrian had chased her out of his house without even so much as a second thought, all because of a woman. A slutty woman at that. A whore who has slept with so many men, but Adrian had chosen that whore over her. It would have been laughable if she was not the one caught up in this situation.
• He had been so angry when he came back and met her in his house. His veins were bulging out as he asked her why she was in his house and if she met Mia. It was almost as if he were scared of her hurting Mia or saying something that would make the other woman leave him.
