• "Where did you go?". Mia murmured sleepily as she relaxed back against Adrian who had just slipped in behind her. She was surprised that he did not come to pick her up from Amelia's house by himself but sent a guard instead. When she asked the man where Adrian was he told her that he had no idea. He was not at home too so she concluded that he must have gone out for his underground business shit.
• "I went for a meeting". Adrian kissed her hair and gathered her into his arms. Breathing in her familiar scent, he felt himself calming down. Tonight has been bloody.
• There was a shoot out between him and Lucas's side and the FF organization. They were able to trace their hideout but they were not able to kill the boss. He was able to hit the man with his bullet to make him bleed. He had not bothered to chase after the boss after shooting him because he might die from the gunshot wound.
