• The room Mia woke up in was eerily cold and the bed was soft but she knew instantly that she was not in her room back at Adrian's house. She sat up groggily, her head aching like it had been slammed against the wall.
• Mia's eyes widened in horror as she took in her surroundings. She sat up quickly and jumped out of the bed, racing fast to the door but it was locked like she thought it would when she tried to open it.
• She fell there at the door, her body curling up in horror as she tried to think about how she got back to her old room at that man's house. She was supposed to be on her bed with Adriana's hand curled up around her or on her bed having hot wild sex with Adrian.
