Chapter 13

• She was surprised that she has a visitor because everyone she knew refused to help her or even answer her call. They did not care whether she was dead or arrive. So she wondered who could it be? But she could not think of anyone so she went to meet them swearing that if it’s her stepsister or father that cane to mock her she will give them what they were looking for.
• She was very surprised when she saw Patrick sitting on the waiting chair looking all stressed and cold as if he was so angry at something. Instead of going to him, She just stood there and broke down into tears. She could believe that she was seeing him, she thought he did not want to associate with criminals also. She was happy, sad and broken and since she was sick and she was tortured by the warden everyday, she fainted and when she wake up, she was surrounded by the white wall not the black walls she was used to see the past few weeks.
• She looked around to see where she was but the pain in her head made it hard,. “ouch”, she cried holding her head and opening her eyes wide. “Are you okay?”, she heard someone asking in a scared tone, she looked around to see the source of the voice and she came face to face with her life time saver Patrick Santos. She was surprised and wondered what he was doing there and how he came to know that she was in hospital based on the drips on her hand until it hit her that she was there in the first place because she saw him and she could not take in her graveness and fainted.
