• "But I still underestimated you" he added leaving his counter while heading towards me. "I'm sure you were still inside your car when I opened the door and I'm sure I didn't see you come out, so how were you able to move past the woman and enter my house without any sound? Even after you entered she still wasn't aware" he asked but I just smiled. He sat close to me and stared at me. "When my dad told me the killers are completely different from the protectors, I thought he was just exaggerating, and even though you guys are to be stronger than us it will be just a little. But what happened this night under two breaths shows it all, he wasn't exaggerating at all, for a while, I even thought you were not human" he said.
• "Thanks for the compliment," I said. "You are a killer, right?" he asked and I looked at him as if he was stupid "You have already confirmed that so why still ask?" I questioned. "I just want to confirm," he said and I scoffed "You can wait for your next life to get the answer," I said but he smiled and shook his head "You won't kill me," he said surprising. I wasn't surprised at his words but what surprised me was the use of 'won't kill' instead of 'can't kill' "And why did you think so?" I asked. "If you have wanted to I would be dead the moment you stepped inside," he said. "You don't know me so you don't know how I act, I can still kill you right now, you never know," I said shrugging, he swallowed and changed the topic, I guess he knew he couldn't do anything of I want to kill him any second or moment.
