• Wesley was quiet as Adam and "Queen Annabelle" talked while they walked. The second one acts nice and trustworthy, so Adam believes everything she says right away.
• He thought that Lyca was a curse that he had to get rid of. "Did Xavier know what was wrong with Lyca?" Adam asked, but he didn't say anything else because he didn't want his friends to be scared.
• In the chamber, the real Queen Annabelle can see what is going on with Adam through the crystal ball. She should have been worried, but instead she sneered. "...A beast without a chain around its neck is easier to tame than one with a chain around its neck..."
