Chapter 12 In His Arms Again

• The next whole week went in a blur for Celeste. She was so busy with her new work schedule that she didn't even get enough sleep for herself. She went out in the morning and then returned in the evening , took a nap, woke up and then had her dinner sometimes with Liam but other times alone. Liam was also really busy with his work. In the past week they had been intimate only twice. Celeste knew her feelings for Liam were growing each day more and more. She couldn't help but fall for him more. He was such a gentle person that it made her fall deeper each passing day.
• Celeste came out of her thoughts when David announced that they had already reached home. Sighing Celeste came out of the car and bade David goodbye. It was Friday and she just returned from her office after a long day.
• She entered the house after unlocking the door. It seemed like Liam had returned early that day because the lights of Liam's study were on. Celeste thought to check up on him first but soon she discarded the idea and moved towards her bedroom to freshen up. Entering her bedroom Celeste kept her things aside and headed straight to the washroom to have a relaxing shower. She took her own time to pamper herself. After almost half an hour she got out of the bathtub and dried herself. She remembered she didn't bring any clothes with her so she simply wore the bathsuit and came out of the washroom, drying her hair.
