Chapter 10 Spending Time Together

• After eating lunch and chatting with her grandma for a while Celeste proposed to show Liam around before they leave for Toronto. Liam didn't object so they left immediately for sightseeing. They looked around Elora Gorge. It was beautiful. Unlike the summer which brings droves of tourists and sightseers, winter brings out another face of Elora Gorge. There weren't many people around so they had enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Though Celeste preferred Elora in summer the most, winter was also her favourite. Everything was covered in thick white snow.
• Celeste and Liam reached the bridge in Bissell park. Celeste left Liam's left arm which she was holding when they were walking and ran forward to the edge of the bridge to look down. Her smile widened watching the beautiful scene in front of her. Liam too slowly came from where he was standing and stood beside her.
• "Isn't it beautiful?" Celeste asked awed without looking at Liam. When she didn't get a reply she turned around to look at him and found him looking at her intensely. He didn't look away when she caught him staring at her instead his eyes roamed around over her face. Celeste blushed under his intense gaze. It gave her goosebumps in her whole body making her inside melt in that cold season. Suddenly Liam leaned his face forward to hers. Her eyes went wide in shock but she didn't back off instead she closed her eyes tightly and in a moment his lips were on hers.
