Chapter 22

• The orange glowing lights from the setting sun, reflecting on the mirror inside, blinded Latina. She blinked several times before shutting her eyes close. She felt relieved when Azrene closed the windows.
• “You have little time to decide,” Azrene said, walking back to where Latina sat. She took a hairbrush and combed Latina’s hair. “It’s difficult to escape once you're here. If you help me, I’ll take care of you in return,” she went on.
• “What do you need me to do for you?” Latina asked. She only hoped to get free of anyone’s grasp. Little did she know that she’d fall in someone else's arms after running away from Sebastian. “I can’t promise anything unless I know what you want,” she added, eyeing the girl through the mirror.
