Chapter 78 Circe

• Asher rolled to the other side of the bed, feeling his hands resting on something soft. As he opened his eyes slowly, he saw Lily still asleep next to him. He yawned and rubbed his temples, trying to make sense of his surroundings. Sitting up from the bed, his jaw dropped as memories of the previous night flashed back and hit him. He recalled Lily taking him to his room and him asking her not to leave.
• Rubbing his temples more vigorously, he tried to get out of bed but ended up waking Lily instead.
• "Asher?" she called with a slight yawn, sitting up on the bed and looking around the room. She seemed disoriented, her eyes narrowing as she tried to remember where she was. "What am I doing here?" she asked, rubbing her eyes with the back of her palm.
