• "He is trying to cheer you up." Lauren quickly shook her head and smiled my way. Although I was pretty creeped out by his action, as soon as he stared at my face with love in his eyes, I felt my heart melting in my chest. How could I ever question his love for me? He skipped school for me. He suffered the whole night for me and even made me this soup, has he ever done that for any of his exes?
• "Now that you two have skipped school, I want you two to spend some time together before Ben comes home." She smiled and ran her hand through my hair, getting up and leaving the room with us two silently staring into each other's eyes.
