Chapter 29

• Today had been boring. My new maid, Damia sat stiffly on the bed. I tried to make conversations with her but she answered formally and I was tired. I tried to get to know her but she was just too.... Ughhhh. I was frustrated.
• "You may leave now. I'll like to take a nap" she hurried out of the room. I groaned and lay back in bed.  I hadn't seen Lily since the incident and it frustrated me that I didn't know how she was because she got into trouble because of me.
• The ache at the back of my head came and Thane's voice entered my head.
