Chapter 18

• Today I was planning on spending my day with Vicky. We both have been so caught up with our daily lives that we haven’t actually gotten the chance to hang out like we used to, and I sure did miss our time together.
• I was dressed in a trench coat dress, pairing it with glossy spiked red kitten heels and a matching bag. My hair was tied to the back with two strands on each side of my face, and the makeup on my face was always minimal.
• When I made my way downstairs, I spotted Giovanni and Alexander, both having their breakfast. Alexander seemed to be in a little world of his own, while Giovanni’s head shoot up at my presence. He gave me an overall look but didn’t say anything.
