Chapter 28 Green Clover

• I feel the crazy throbbing of my heart as I and Brianna stand by the grass where the human is laying lifeless. The wind blows making the grasses and leaves move in different directions, making sounds. I look around to see if there is anyone coming or passing by. I look back at the woman laying on the grass, her smiles, laughter and bubbly face still fresh in my mind.
• It is not new to me that vampires feed on human blood. But seeing a victim for the first time and indeed saddening. I cross my arms in front of me as the cold breeze hits one again, I feel the cold enveloping my body even as if the rain and sudden coldness in a summer evening is somewhat like a bad omen.
