Chapter 412 Difficult Surgery

• Yuna held Michael's hand tightly all the way to the hospital, only letting it go when the medical staff needed to help him. Tears wouldn't stop streaming down her cheeks, and she was distraught. She couldn't imagine what she would do if Michael died. She didn't even call Denise too as she didn't have time. The trip to the hospital seemed to have taken an eternity, but they arrived in the end. She followed the medical staff all the way to the emergency room, where she was stopped. Yet, she kept pacing around, her eyes filled with guilt. When the doctor came out, she approached him and asked anxiously, "How's my friend doing, doctor? Is he alright?"
• The doctor looked at her solemnly. "No. He is in serious condition. He's sustained a lot of superficial injuries and is now in a deep coma. We're trying to contact his family. We need their consent to perform surgery ASAP."
• "You have to save him, please." Yuna was at a loss. She grabbed the doctor's hand and kept pleading with him. Eventually, the doctor promised he would do his best, and only then did Yuna slowly let go of him. She looked at the emergency room, yet she was powerless to do anything to help.
