• Cynthia and I had plans to head to The Poison Ivy, a trendy chic club that had just opened in the city according to her. It had been a while since I had gone to a club, or rather before I met Mark. That was the last time that I stepped into a club.
• Mark had never approved of me going to clubs and dancing with random men and because I loved him I put it on the back burner. However, I wanted to see if I still had the clubbing vibe in me. After all tonight was the last night before Brian came back from his trip.
