Chapter 157 A Threat

• “Run, Carter!” Lara cried. To her surprise, Jasper didn’t push her away, but held onto her and dragged her back to the bedroom. Lara had a bad feeling about the situation, so she quickly tried to push him off of her. However, he only strengthened his grip around her.
• “You’re losing your mind, Jasper. What are you doing? Let go of me!” she cried.
• “I’ve been with you for so long, yet you chose to be with some other man in the end. I’m never going to let that happen! I won’t let things go the way you want them to. Women like you deserve to die! I’ll make you pay for the stupid choice you’ve made.” Jasper’s actions were harsh as he dragged her into the bedroom so Lara’s attempts to fight back were completely useless.
