Chapter 50 – Zara's Pov

• ”I’m sorry,” I said to him and hugged him tightly before he could complain. “I’m really sorry,” I repeatedly apologized to the man I love but he just stared at me. Initially I was afraid to touch him because I thought he might reject me, but I still tried. “I miss you so much,” I said after passionately kissing him on the lips.
• “Where have you been, Zara?” Lucas asked.
• “Just around,” I replied. “But can we talk later?” I asked him as I entered the room and took off his clothes.
