• Since I wanted to do it right this time, I informed Zara that we had to drop by her grandfather’s house because I needed to speak with the elders. Actually, I was nervous to do so, but if I wanted to do it right, I had no choice.
• Fortunately, they weren’t furious at me even if I wasn’t able to attend Ken’s birthday. They welcomed me as if I belonged to their family. Because of their hospitality, I expressed my gratitude and apologized once again.
• I approached them first, seeking solace in the room we had prepared for our visit. Zara and Enrique slumbered peacefully, their exhaustion evident from the journey. The sight of them sleeping soundly beside me filled me with an overwhelming happiness, and the anticipation of waking up to their presence amplified that joy.
